OUR CAYMAN COTTAGE

Our Cayman Cottage is located on the Eastern side of Grand Cayman Island, approximately a 50 minute drive from Owen
Roberts International Airport. Spanning across four floors, this 8759 square foot retreat sits high on the bluff of the Queen’s
Highway offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. For easy access, Our Cayman Cottage was built witht he abiity to retrofit an elevatior to reach all four floors. The over 2000 square feet of outdoor covered deck
provides several unique and comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the view.
Experience the fully automated, oceanfront, vanishing edge swimming pool and spa with glass bead finish and sea life mosaics
while gazing out over the ocean.
Steps down from the pool you will find a secluded and private beach – your entry to the beautiful clear waters of a reef protected
replenishment zone! Full of sea life, the waters offer fun filled days of snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The main residence of Our Cayman Cottage offers seven bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, an ideal accommodation for
large families and friends. Each room is equipped with independent split zone air conditioning. The game room comes furnished
with a shuffleboard table, pool table along with a full wet bar complete with a small fridge, ice maker, wine cooler, and
kegerator. French doors lead out to the pool deck, amazing outdoor kitchen, seating and sun areas. A studio apartment above the garage serves as an
additional space for staff or house guests looking for a bit more privacy.
